We are seeking a professional, reliable, competent processor with experience in Loan Modifications, Foreclosures, Mortgages, and Short Sales.
Duties Include:
Package client documents in preparation for submission to lender
Help/Review Hardship letters
Underwrite Client Packages (Debt-to-Income Rations, Assets, etc.)
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
Help answering phones
Presentable in person
Positive Attitude
Excellent Grammar Skills
Detail Oriented
Ability to Multitask
Follow up with clients for pending documentation.
BI-LINGUAL a plus!
Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation will be salary, plus GREAT bonuses per file closed.
Salary is 300-400 a week to begin for first month, to go up after evaluation of 1st month.
